LTK Nurse Practitioner services is a mobile service which was founded in 2019 by a Nurse Practitioner with a heart to serve the aging and palliative care population in Residential Aged Care Facilities. The Nurse Practitioner operates to the full scope of practice at an advanced clinical level.

With over 30 years of nursing experience working in a wide range of settings including acute hospitals, subacute hospitals and private health settings, including primary care, Residential Aged Care Facilities and community health. LTK provides complex care needs and primary health care needs.
